By creating an account or purchasing on lfossa.org you agree to the LFOSSA User Binding Agreement, Website Terms & Conditions, and all policies referenced on this page. Products are digital vouchers, e-learning access, or training registrations unless otherwise stated. You must be authorised to use your selected payment method.
Refund
All digital products are subject to the Non-Refundable Policy once vouchers are issued or access is granted. See the Non-Refundable Policy section below for full details. Refunds may only be considered where required by applicable law or expressly agreed in writing by LFOSSA prior to redemption.
Privacy
Linux Foundation APAC Limited processes account data (name, Login ID, email, address), order records, and learner activity to deliver vouchers, invoices, certificates and support. Data is handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws. Contact privacy@linuxfoundation.org for privacy enquiries.
Trademark
Linux Foundation®, CKA®, CKAD®, CKS®, LFCS® and related marks are trademarks of The Linux Foundation. LFOSSA branding is used under licence for Asia Pacific programme context. Do not use Linux Foundation marks without written permission.
Antitrust
Participants in Linux Foundation and LFOSSA programmes must comply with applicable antitrust and competition laws. Do not discuss pricing agreements, market allocation, or bid rigging with competitors in community or training settings.
Bylaws
The Linux Foundation operates under organisational bylaws governing membership, governance, and community participation. LFOSSA activities are conducted within this framework.
Website-ToU
You may not scrape, reverse engineer, abuse promotional pricing, share voucher codes, or use the storefront for unauthorised commercial resale. LFOSSA may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
NON-REFUNDABLE POLICY

Scope All purchases on lfossa.org for digital products — including certification exam vouchers, e-learning courses, instructor-led training (ILT) registrations, bundles, gift coupons and cash coupons — are subject to this Non-Refundable Policy unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.

Exam Vouchers Once an exam voucher code has been issued to your Learner Portal, the sale is final. Exam vouchers cannot be refunded, transferred to another person, or exchanged for cash after issuance. Unused vouchers expire according to the validity period on the product page and in your order confirmation.

E-Learning & ILT Access to e-learning courses and ILT registrations, once activated or scheduled, is non-refundable. Partial completion does not entitle the purchaser to a partial refund.

Bundles Bundles sold as a single unit become non-refundable if any component has been redeemed or activated.

Gift & Cash Coupons Gift coupons and cash coupons are non-refundable once purchased. Redeemed coupons cannot be reversed.

Promotional Pricing Campaign or promotional prices are subject to per-learner, per-product limits stated at checkout. Abuse of promotional pricing may result in order cancellation and account suspension.

Exceptions Refunds may only be considered where required by applicable law, or where LFOSSA has expressly agreed in writing before redemption. Chargeback abuse may result in account suspension and voucher invalidation.

LFOSSA USER BINDING AGREEMENT — SUMMARY
By creating an account, registering, or completing a purchase on lfossa.org, you agree to be bound by:
• LFOSSA Website Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy • Linux Foundation Policies (Terms, Trademark, Antitrust, Bylaws, Website-ToU) • Non-Refundable Policy for digital vouchers and training products • User Procedure for account management, LFID binding, and learner portal use
You confirm that registration information is accurate, that you are authorised to use the payment method provided, and that you will not share voucher codes or account credentials.
Your account may be linked to a Linux Foundation ID (LFID) email address. Once bound, the LFID email cannot be changed without LFOSSA support approval.
You agree to receive transactional emails related to orders, vouchers, exam reminders, and account security.
LFOSSA reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraud, abuse promotional pricing, or attempt chargebacks after voucher redemption.
